  Scheduling, registration, insurance capture, waitlists, front-desk workflows, and patient access troubleshooting.

• Epic Ambulatory - Outpatient Workflows
  Clinic workflows including rooming, vitals, documentation, orders, referrals, checkout, and clinic flow support.

• Epic Provider Support - Clinician-Facing Workflows
  Supporting physicians, nurse practitioners, and nurses with documentation, SmartTools, orders, chart review, results and more.

• Epic Inpatient - Hospital-Based Workflows
  Admissions, transfers, discharges, nursing documentation, MAR concepts, rounding workflows, inpatient troubleshooting etc.

• Career Preparation (Weeks 5 - 6)

  • Week 5: Resume Preparation
  Learn how to position your background and training for Epic GoLive roles.

  • Week 6: Interview Preparation
  Practice Epic-specific interview questions, GoLive scenarios, and professional consulting communication.
