FutureWave IT - Refund Policy

At FutureWave IT, we are committed to providing high-quality healthcare IT and EMR training. Please review this Refund Policy carefully before enrolling in any of our programs.

By enrolling in a FutureWave IT training program, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.


1. General Refund Policy

Unless otherwise stated in writing, all purchases are final.

Due to the digital nature of our training programs, limited cohort sizes, and immediate access to instructional materials, refunds are not guaranteed once access has been granted or training has begun.


2. Eligibility for Refund Requests

Refund requests may be considered only under the following conditions:

a. Before Training Begins

  • If a written refund request is submitted at least 48 hours before the official start date of the training program, a partial refund may be issued at FutureWave IT’s discretion.

  • Any applicable administrative or processing fees may be deducted from the refunded amount.

b. Technical Access Issues

  • If a student is unable to access the training platform due to a verified technical issue caused solely by FutureWave IT, and the issue cannot be resolved in a reasonable timeframe, a refund or credit may be considered.

3. Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Missed classes or live sessions

  • Failure to attend or participate in the program

  • Changes in personal schedule, employment, or availability

  • Dissatisfaction based on expectations not aligned with the course description

  • Lack of job placement, contracts, or career outcomes

  • Inability to complete the program due to personal or professional reasons

  • Partial completion of a course or module

  • Access to recordings, materials, or session links already provided

4. One-Week Intensive & Short Courses

For one-week intensive courses or short-duration programs:

  • Refunds are not available once the course has started.

  • Enrollment transfers to a future cohort may be offered at FutureWave IT’s discretion, subject to availability.

5. Transfers & Credits

In certain cases, FutureWave IT may offer:

  • A one-time transfer to a future session, or

  • A training credit toward another FutureWave IT program

Transfers and credits are not guaranteed and must be approved in writing.


6. Refund Request Process

All refund requests must:

  • Be submitted in writing via email

  • Include the student’s full name, program enrolled, and reason for request

FutureWave IT will review requests within 5–7 business days and notify the student of the decision.


7. Payment Plans

For programs purchased using a payment plan:

  • All payments made are non-refundable

  • Missed or failed payments may result in suspension of access

8. Chargebacks & Disputes

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting FutureWave IT may result in:

  • Immediate suspension or termination of access

  • Permanent removal from the program

  • Ineligibility for future enrollment

We encourage students to contact us directly to resolve concerns.


9. Changes to This Refund Policy

FutureWave IT reserves the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time. Updates will be posted on our website with a revised effective date.
